Electrical Test Technician

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Test Technician at the AccuGrid factory in Wilson, NC. The Electrical Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electrical components, analyzing results, identifying defects, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality control measures are met on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in electrical testing, analysis, and quality control

  • Knowledge of electrical components and systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify defects

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with testing equipment and tools

  • Bachelors/Associates degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred

  • Military experience is preferred

Manufacturing Team Lead 

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Team Lead located in Wilson, NC. The Manufacturing Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, managing production schedules and planning, and ensuring effective communication within the production team. The Manufacturing Team Lead will also be responsible for production management and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on manufacturing operation skills

  • Forklift skills

  • Supervisory Skills, Production Schedules, and Production Planning

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Production Management experience

  • Electro-mechanical production operation experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Experience working in the manufacturing or electrical components industry

  • Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations

  • Bachelors/Associates degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred

  • Military experience is preferred
